Myhealth App and responsive site
Myhealth is a responsive website and app designed for patients who want to schedule online or who want to schedule telemed.
The Problem
Many patients have trouble scheduling an appointment because they may work late or they may have a condition making transportation to the appointment difficult.
I decided to build an app and responsive website to help fit that need.
My Role
UX designer designing an app for The Museum Of Modern Art from conception to delivery.
conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, iterating on designs, and determining information architecture.
Understanding The User
- User research
- Personas
- Problem statements
- User journey maps
Pain Points
1, Accessibility: Transportation may be difficult for patients with disabilities.
2, Time: Some patients may work long hours and need to schedule late at night.
Research Summary
I read app reviews to develop interview questions, which were then used to conduct user interviews, most participants reported feeling frustrated when scheduling an appointment. The feedback received made it very clear that users would be able to use the MyHealth app to schedule an appointment.
Persona
Problem statement:

Lessons Learned
I learned that even though the problem i was trying to solve was a difficult one, diligently going through each step of the design process and listening to each user need helped me gain an understanding of what would help users the most and to come up with solutions to fit their needs.
