The Museum of Modern Art app is an app that showcases the many features of the museum and features the bios of featured artists and pieces.
The Problem
The Museum Of Modern Art has many features and local pieces showcased but attendees want a way to read more about the artist or a certain piece.This app helps users look up the exact artist or piece of work they wanted to read more about.
My Role
UX designer designing an app for The Museum Of Modern Art from conception to delivery.

Pain Points
1. Buttons: The buttons where too small at first and needed to enlarged.
2. Looking up artwork: Even when googling a certain piece some users could still have trouble finding information about the certain piece.
Research Summary
I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users and their needs. Primary users research are users who regularly attend museums and want to read more about local artists.

Lessons Learned
While designing the app for the Museum Of Modern Art, I learned that the first ideas were only the beginning of the process. Usability studies and feedback from users helped influence each stage of the app's design.
